My room, a honeymoon suite partial sea view, featured a big and beautiful decoration. the staff were the best. I felt very spoiled! the breakfast included the best croissants. the location was also good.

The water sink in the bathroom was flooding. That was a slight inconvenience.

the staff provided friendly service. the reception area had festive christmas decorations. our room was impeccably clean. the warm pool was a good amenity.

The bar fridge in the room was not stocked with anything. It was just an empty fridge. the bathroom needs an upgrade. the soap and shampoo holders are rusted. the shower door gets stuck.

The staff was generally friendly and helpful. i found jason to be especially helpful. He were really good. there was also private parking, very convenient (especially with a rental car).

My room had some issues. the shower door stuck badly. also, the drain cover in the shower was broken. I found that a bit annoying. the bar fridge was also empty. I expected it to at least have some water.
