“Pearl Valley Hotel By Mantis sits nestled in Val de Vie Estate, a privileged spot from which to explore the wine routes of Paarl, Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. Golfers will find paradise here, of course, but I found the spacious suites, excellent food, and that spa equally appealing. It's the kind of place where a runner can enjoy the trails as much as a couple can enjoy the sunset views.”
