a somewhat underwhelming stay
good locationleaky showerinadequate window
the location was good as its near the city center.
my room wasn't great. the shower let water leak all over the bathroom floor because there wasn't a proper door. also, i could hear every car outside as the windows didn't close tightly. i hardly slept.

the location was convenient for accessing the quayside.
check-in was slow as staff chatted about irrelevant topics. loud music and noise from cleaners outside my room at 9:30 am disrupted my sleep. a staff member aggressively knocked to see if i had checked out one hour before the official time.

The room was super clean (always a GREAT start). Parking was convenient and ideal for my needs. The staff were friendly. The lady working in the breakfast room was especially nice.
