The front desk staff were helpful. The location was acceptable.
My experience with the laundry service was not good. I sent clothes to be washed before leaving. Later, I noticed five shirts were missing. I contacted the hotel, but no resolution was offered. The cost of the hotel and laundry service was high, and now I'm out the cost of my shirts.

the breakfast selection was acceptable, i suppose. it had your standard fare, nothing lovely but edible.
The 'gym' was a joke. Two treadmills, one broken, and some dumbbells clearly rescued from a dumpster. it seemed more like a storage closet they slapped a 'gym' sign on, rather than a functional workout space. i expected more.

delayed shuttleinsufficient soundproofing
I must say, there were a couple of issues . The promised shuttle service to the waterfront was often delayed, leading to unnecessary waiting times. the soundproofing in my "Suite" wasn't the best. I constantly heard street noise, and that impacted my sleep.
