Really good stay
room space convenient access plentiful choice
I liked the room SPACE. It was great. The location allowed convenient access to both the waterfront and the city center. A short walk got me to either. I also appreciated the breakfast. It had plentiful choices and tasty food.
THE elevator system occasionally experienced slight delays.

The breakfast buffet included numerous choices, and menu customisations were available for food restrictions. THE restaurant staff provided excellent service. The MRKT restaurant had a lot of choices at the buffet, and they also offered à la carte options.

The gym featured modern equipment and provided a good workout. It was one of the best hotel gyms I had ever seen. The pool area allowed for relaxation after a long day. It was nice for a refreshing dip.

The studio apartment came equipped with all necessary amenities. Cooking facilities included hot plates, a toaster, and a microwave. The room design was very well thought out. The layout maximised space and functionality. The kitchen contained all cooking utensils.

The hotel stands in a central area near transport hubs. It is close to the CTICC bus stops. The hotel also allows easy access to nearby attractions. The waterfront is only 15 minutes away on foot. It is accessible to the city center.

The staff provided great customer service and seemed willing to assist with any requests. Bronwyn, randall and andré offered invaluable help during my cancelled flight. The housekeeping staff also maintained high standards of cleanliness. The rooms were consistently clean.

limited options inconvenient card
The breakfast options were pretty limited. they only gave one room card too? made things so inconvenient. you needed it for the elevator and everything. if my partner and i weren't together, one of us would be stuck. reception just kept saying they were out of cards. It was annoying. i wish they'd fix that.

super clean studio fitted kitchen amazing location faulty shower door slow drainage thin wall
I was charmed by the super clean studio apartment. it had a fully fitted kitchen. That was a real bonus. the location was amazing, so close to the convention center.
The shower door didn't close properly. drainage in both the shower and sink was very slow. the wall below the window wasn't solid, so outside noise permeated. It was a bit annoying

Underwhelming stay. Expected better
noisy street view burnt coffee
the staff was friendly enough.
My room overlooked a noisy street. sleep was difficult. also, the breakfast selection was quite limited. The pastries were stale, and the coffee tasted burnt. i expected much more.

A good stay with some issues
spacious room comfortable chair delicious breakfast aloof welcome strong product limited point
The room was spacious. It included a sofa and a comfortable chair. The kitchen had all I needed. Breakfast was included. It offered full and delicious options. The location was central.
The welcome at reception seemed a bit aloof. I found the cleaning products used too strong. It seemed they were on all fabrics. I found limited charging points a challenge.
