Inconsistent Stay, Some Issues
inadequate sound insulation poor breakfast selection
The hotel's location was decent.
I encountered problems . My room faced the street and was noisy. The sound insulation was inadequate, and sleep was difficult. The breakfast selection was also a letdown, lacking variety and freshness, particularly in the pastries. I think they can do better.

Excellent Service and Convenient Location
helpful staff convenient location
The staff provided really good service. The front desk staff were always helpful and efficient. The location is very convenient with many restaurants within a short walk. The hotel offers a shuttle to the V&A during the day.
The gym could benefit from additional equipment. I noticed it has a limited number of machines. Upgrading the gym or adding more equipment would enhance the experience.

The breakfast buffet had a generous selection. Chefs freshly prepared egg dishes. These were delivered to the table and the variety catered to many tastes, including hot and cold options. I found the dining experience to be quite pleasant.

a stay with some minor issues
modern room clean room breakfast choices friendly staff noisy room main road headboard touch ups
i found the room to be very modern and clean. the breakfast had many choices i devoured. the staff was very friendly.
the room faced the main road, and it was noisy. i could hear cars into the wee hours of the morning. the headboard also could do with some touch ups.

accommodating staff fine view comfortable beds
the front desk staff was accommodating. my room, a club king room, had a fine view. the beds were comfortable (i slept like a baby!).
the gym could use a little more equipment, but it was adequate.
