fabulous stay!
perfect location fine view fresh breakfast friendly staff
the hotel's location was very nice! it was so easy to walk to the harbor and nearby attractions. our room had fine views of table mountain and the waterfront, i watched the sun rise almost every day. breakfast was amazing!!! the selection was huge, and everything tasted so fresh.
the pool was a tad chilly some days.

The breakfast buffet had an immense choice. I noticed oysters! the almond croissants were especially amazing. the main restaurant offered super views too.

welcome wine evening canapés efficient housekeeping
i appreciated that the hotel provided a bottle of wine and snacks in my room upon arrival. a smashing plate of canapés arrived every evening and the turndown service was a really nice touch. housekeeping was great, i found the service perfect.
i experienced a slight delay once waiting for breakfast, it felt a little slow that morning.

the staff from the bellman, concierge, and receptionist were very helpful and professional. room service was very efficient. every request was handled promptly and with a friendly attitude. i felt very well taken care of.

My room faced the waterfront with amazing views of the table mountain. It was quite spacious and clean. the amenities provided were high quality. i loved the comfortable furnishings and the quiet ambiance, it guaranteed a restful night's sleep.

ac problem water issue
the hotel's location was good, providing easy access to the waterfront and nearby shops.
I experienced a lack of hot water on my last day. i suspect the air conditioning in my room wasn't working correctly. this was a significant issue for me given the price of the stay, and it impacted my overall experience negatively.

excellent waterfront stay
bed decoration hotel facility amazing staff
i found the staff to be amazing. the hotel provided champagne, a cake, and nice bed decorations to celebrate my anniversary. i thought the hotel facilities were fantastic. there was a balance of class and friendly staff.
the housekeeping was very poor. the carpets smelled of dust. i hardly heard any machine carpet cleaning .
