decent stay near the waterfront

great locationfriendly staffgood breakfastchlorine smellpoor cleanlinessfaulty heater
the location was great for visiting the v&a waterfront. it was an easy walk to many attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was good with plenty of choices.
i noticed a strange chlorine smell in the water, like bleach. the hotel left a note saying it was safe to use, but it was still off-putting. the cleanliness wasn't great. the water heater didn't work very well.
