modern decor waterfront view friendly energy

the room was designed modernly and the waterfront view was amazing! staff eagerly assisted me from check-in until i checked out. vuyo helped me with my luggage. the shift (breakfast spot) staff had friendly energy, which aided an enjoyable breakfast.

the location is very close to the waterfront area , and i walked there mostly. there is housekeeping every day at 8 , and coffee and tea are refreshed, with the bed being made.

the rooms include good air conditioning , which i really appreciated. rooms are clean with modern decor. the room had a balcony on the ground floor where i enjoyed my coffee in the mornings.

Excellent stay near the Waterfront

refurbished design excellent location helpful staff

I found the refurbished design inside the room to be a great improvement (it felt very modern!). The location is excellent. I could easily walk to the V&A Waterfront. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with a seamless check-in process.

see-through glass bathroom door

The location was acceptable. It allowed easy access to many attractions.

The bathroom door was made of see-through glass. It faced the main room door opposite the toilet so anyone in the passage could see into the toilet. This design choice seemed odd.

Wonderful stay near the waterfront

modern room canal view boat trip parking bonus

The room was modern and had nice finishes. I especially appreciated the view from the window overlooking the canal. Access to boat trips on the canal leading to the waterfront was another definite plus. The location was excellent and had parking, a rare bonus for such a central spot.

The check-in process was a bit slow, taking over 30 minutes.

Restaurant staff were super cool, providing excellent service . While I understand considerations around dinner limits in quotations for organizations, the staff were generally accommodating. I really enjoyed the breakfast.

The room was comfortable and ideal for my short stay. It included all necessities and had new fixtures. The room was properly cleaned, although the air conditioning was sometimes off after cleaning. (I quickly adjusted it.)

The hotel provides ramped access and a full wet room. On-site parking is available at no extra charge. Secure parking is manned, providing peace of mind . I found these amenities very convenient.

The hotel is ideally positioned near the waterfront. Its proximity to the waterfront allows easy access to attractions. The location offers the added benefit of on-site parking, a real bonus. It made exploring the area simple.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Reception staff were great. One staff member, tracy, was amazing. She was always ready to help, and nothing was too much trouble for her.
