the location was central for getting around easily, convenient.
The room's condition was a real letdown. Broken sockets and hooks are unacceptable. the self-rotating shower head was frustrating.

The staff showed warmth from reception to valet service. The restaurant staff prepared a breakfast pack for me. My room had views of lionshead and table mountain.
The shower was broken and maintenance did not fix it. The excuse was they ran out of stock. I had to push their trolley to my uber during check out.

The hotel has a very central location it made accessing various locations easy. The staff was friendly I found this helpful. The breakfast had various options I enjoyed the food.
The hotel did not provide slippers I felt this was a minus. The carpet was dirty I noticed this immediately.

The room was sparkling CLEAN. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasty. I found the staff very helpful. The receptionists were professional. The location was convenient to transport options.
I experienced some noise from the hallway and nearby businesses. The sounds of other guests and early morning set-up were somewhat distracting.
