Her thorough professionalism made everything perfect. free snacks awaited us in the room and the sunsets were amazing moments to behold. the hiking trail adjacent to the hotel was like discovering a secret garden, it allowed us to wander and feel at peace.
the gym, while functional, did not quite reach the standards one expects.

The spot has dramatic sea views back towards the city, which offers great sunset moments. the nearby drive to camps bay and the city downtown made exploring very convenient, it provided seamless access to local attractions.

the location was indeed nice.
I booked a mountain view room, though the view was mostly trees. the balcony was small, and the service felt slow. I often waited quite a while for drinks and had to ask multiple times. on day three, i experienced diarrhea, which ruined the last days of my stay.

The hotel service was excellent, from airport pick-up to check-out. Every staff member was attentive. i enjoyed meals at the azure restaurant and the leopard bar. The bar had a beautiful sunset view. loulou, our driver, was always on time for trips to camps bay restaurants, and imran led a complimentary mountain bike tour showing local routes.

the staff was attentive (they really were really nice). my oceanfront room offered a lovely view of the bay. i enjoyed the luxurious breakfast that featured fresh oysters and champagne. the hotel had a unique charm since it was built on the hill.
i found the service during busy times was a bit slow. i waited longer than usual for a drink at the bar. it was a small inconvenience, but noticeable.
