heavenly seaside escape
positive attitude amazing sunsets adjacent trail
Tamlyn from customer service showed excellent care. Her thorough professionalism made everything perfect. free snacks awaited us in the room and the sunsets were amazing moments to behold. the hiking trail adjacent to the hotel reminded me of discovering a secret garden, it allowed us to wander and feel at peace.
the gym, while functional, did not quite reach the standards one expects.

decent location but underwhelming experience
small balcony slow service
the location was indeed nice.
I booked a mountain view room, though the view was mostly trees. the balcony was small, and the service felt slow. I often waited quite a while for drinks and had to ask multiple times. on day three, i experienced diarrhea, which ruined the last days of my stay.
