central location secure storage breakfast selection fresh options
the hotel's location proved useful. it served as a functional base as i explored. i found the secure luggage storage particularly helpful. the breakfast had a varied selection, and arriving early ensured i got the freshest options.
i noticed only one international-compatible socket in the entire room, which could pose a challenge for travelers needing to charge multiple devices.

cold food noise issue
the location was acceptable (really, it is hard to fault).
the room service was not good. my food arrived cold on one occasion and the order was incorrect on another. i also found the lack of soundproofing to be an issue, as i could clearly hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway (i found it really annoying).

excellent waterfront stay
great location rooftop area helpful staff
i liked the location right on the waterfront. the rooftop area featured a splash pool. the staff were cute and helpful (especially with directions).
the room layout seemed awkward to me. the bathroom had a stopper that prevented the door from hitting the toilet, but it also posed a tripping hazard. a door opening outward would have worked better.

the gym has treadmills and stationary bikes . the splash pool is located on the rooftop. the restaurant is open throughout the day with a diverse menu.

our room included usb ports and tea and coffee facilities. the walk-in shower had rainfall and handheld shower heads. ample storage space was available (though my colleague had trouser hangers).

superb location great friendliness delicious option broken blackout blind a c issue constant temperature
The location was superb. i walked easily to the waterfront. the staff displayed great friendliness. Their help. breakfast offered delicious options and the dining area had a lovely setup
I noticed problems with the room's maintenance. the blackout blinds were not working well and a coat hook was broken. the air conditioning required fixing multiple times. it struggled to maintain a constant temperature. This affected my comfort.
