The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. the staff was very helpful. I got luggage storage because i arrived much earlier than check in time. they also helped me decide what to do while i waited. i appreciated the coffee machine on each floor. It was a great touch.

the shower temperature fluctuated constantly. it would switch between very hot and cold water, a bit annoying.

The location was handy for visiting the waterfront with its many shops and restaurants. I will give them that.

The room turned out very small. It felt more like a jail cell than a hotel room, which I didn't appreciate. The value for money was very poor.

I appreciated the seamless check-in and check-out process. the breakfast options were really great. the staff at the breakfast area were very pleasant. They were accommodating. the views, especially toward table mountain, were lovely.

the pool seemed smaller than expected, i was a little disappointed with its size.

The room offered a nice view. it was cozy. I found it nice. the upgrade was highly recommended by the reception staff, so we followed the advice. all in all, the room suited well for a good couple of days.

the staff was hospitable. coffee machines on the room floor were a great touch because i had to leave super early some mornings for excursions. i still enjoyed great quality coffee to start my days right. the hotel is easy to find.

The room had very little space. I kept stubbing my toe on the edge of the bed.
