The breakfast offered many options. I booked a standard room facing the beach SIDE. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
I had a poor night's rest as there was a humming sound the entire evening. I knew it was not the aircon as i turned it off thinking it was causing the noise.

I was very happy with my room. It had a beautiful view and felt perfect. Staff was friendly. I really loved how easy it was to go straight from my car into the elevator to get to my room (this. The swimming pool looked sparkling.
The breakfast buffet was alright. I feel like there could have been more halal options.

The breakfast buffet offered halal options which i found FANTASTIC!!! The hotel has a beautiful art gallery. This was an added bonus . I had dinner in the spacious restaurant every evening. It overlooks the harbor. The service was good. I enjoyed the views.
The air conditioning was not working, made the room quite warm .

The family room was great, with two levels. It had good size double beds and separate toilets, great! The balcony facing the sea was perfect and offered amazing views, I also enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was really good with many options available. It set a positive tone for each day.
The one downlight would not switch off at all. It remained on day and night. This was a slight inconvenience. Otherwise, everything was fantastic.

the reception staff provided knowledgeable information upon arrival, i found it really helpful. the restaurant met international standards, and i enjoyed a great supper and breakfast! the art gallery featured well-priced jewelry, i even bought a piece. i really enjoyed my stay.
housekeeping skipped cleaning my room on saturday, i was quite surprised by that. apart from that, everything was perfect, though!
