adequate stay with issues
high toilet expensive snacks
the room had a coffee machine (a huge plus).
the toilet was unusually high, and my feet did not touch the ground while seated. the air conditioning did not work properly. i also found the prices for snacks and drinks to be ridiculously expensive.

dry walling noise problem
the staff was friendly. our room looked nice.
the soundproofing was a problem. i heard everything happening next door and outside. the dry walling did not block any noise.

Really good Stay with Amazing Views!
secure parking warm water great cocktails
The views were wonderful. I especially liked the secure underground parking. I also enjoyed the warm water in the lovely pool. The bar served great cocktails.
The windows could have been cleaner. That was my only minor issue.

The location offers views of Cape Town and Table Mountain. The hotel is located on the coast. Table Mountain is visible.

The rooms are clean and neat. The bedding is soft. My room had an amazing bath. This was a great feature. The room was spacious.

Breakfast had great choices. The food was good and plentiful. Ginger shots were a great touch. The restaurant offers wood-fired pizzas made to order.

clean room friendly staff incorrect meal frozen salmon
the room i got was clean. the staff was friendly.
The dinner at the waves restaurant disappointed me. one meal was incorrect, and a person had to wait for their meal while others had to eat. the salmon was still half frozen and not cooked. No manager apologized until we asked to see one. the waiter did not bring the change after we paid the very high bill and assumed the tip, even though the service had been shocking.
