really good stay in camps bay!

clean hotel helpful staff cozy atmosphere

i found the hotel impeccably clean and very secure. the included hot breakfast was a great start to my days, and the staff ensured i had everything i needed. i appreciated the bar, it offered a cozy atmosphere with a warm fire.

the gym was a bit small and lacked some equipment, still functional but limited.

Decent Stay with Some Downsides

inconsistent temperature poor sound insulation

The hotel showed some maintenance issues . I noticed that the shower temperature was inconsistent it alternated between cold and hot. Sound insulation was poor in my room I could clearly hear noise from the hallway. The breakfast quality was not what I expected from similar hotels.

perfect location ample space friendly staff reasonable prices

the location shines being just across from the beach with table mountain as a backdrop i loved the views. the pool areas provided ample space and available beds so choice was never a concern. the staff were very friendly and helpful in all areas which really defined my stay. coming from afar the prices for food and drinks felt reasonable for a hotel of this standard.

the event was rather quiet and not many guests knew about the barbecue nights the hotel hosted i thought.

The front desk offered quick assistance with taxis and directions. Their knowledge of the local area really enhanced my travel experience. the staff addressed all needs promptly and courteously. i found their attentiveness especially amazing.

i found the location quite nice. it was right across from the beach. the hotel also included a hot breakfast, which i appreciated. it set me up well for the day.

i noticed fluctuating water temperature in the shower. sometimes it was hard to get the right setting. housekeeping also felt inconsistent. some days things were missed.
