The reception service was excellent. Check-in proceeded smoothly. The location is convenient because the hotel offered a free shuttle to the Waterfront. I found the breakfast buffet scrumptious with a relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent Stay Near the Waterfront

easy access free shuttle service great comfort wide variety

I found the hotel location very convenient with easy access to the waterfront. The free shuttle service to the V&A Waterfront was a definite bonus (it saved a lot of walking!). My room was clean, and the bed provided great comfort for restful nights. I especially appreciated the variety of options at breakfast.

The gym was slightly crowded during peak hours.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of items, catering to different tastes, and was generally very fresh. There was also a chef available who cooked eggs to order at the self-service area. I found the hotel bar offered a great selection of drinks and meals.

The hotel has an hourly courtesy bus that runs between the hotel and the Waterfront. Red and Blue Bus tours start across the road. The hotel is very close to CTICC and has easy access to transport. It is easy to walk to V&A waterfront in 10 minutes.

All of the staff were very polite and cute (Kayle Ohlsson from reception was especially helpful). The hotel offered shuttle services for free. The staff followed up to ensure I was happy with my experience. The personnel was very efficient and friendly.

My room was well serviced and very clean, I had a fantastic view from the 15th floor. The bedroom was a good size and the pillows were comfy (a very calming pianist played in the background!). The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
