poor service late drink

the service at breakfast was quite poor. i asked repeatedly for a hot drink but it never arrived until i finished eating. this occurred on more than one occasion, a significant inconvenience.

fantastic stay

spacious suite mountain views rainfall shower coffee machine

the executive suite mountain view was spacious. floor-to-ceiling windows provided good views. the bathroom included both a separate bathtub and a rainfall shower. two smart tvs were in the room (one in the lounge and one near the bed). i found a coffee machine with pods (very convenient for mornings!).

The closet was small. I could use more space.

the breakfast buffet has many options, including freshly squeezed juices. i saw artisan yogurts and delicious pastries. they also offered sushi and eggs cooked to order (a nice touch!).

poor service chargeable water

The room was clean enough. I guess that's something.

the breakfast service was a joke. i had to practically beg for a hot drink every morning. the staff seemed more interested in chatting than serving, and finding a manager was like searching for a unicorn. also, they charge for bottled water at breakfast, even though i get two free bottles in my room daily. it's nickel-and-diming at its finest.
