faulty room lock audible noise

The breakfast had lots of choices, that was acceptable.

I booked a room with an old-style key. It did not lock properly. A sash window would not latch shut. The guards talked loudly outside at 3 a.m. It was audible from my room.

amazing stay!

friendly reception comfortable bedding clean room tasteful decor

we experienced the most wonderful family time! the kids were all thrilled about the adventure. the hotel provided a beautiful experience, from the friendly reception to the clean rooms and comfortable bedding. a relaxing bath after our long drive. the decor throughout was tasteful!

The bed was a bit too firm, which gave me a slight back ache . I wish i had asked for a mattress change earlier.

The hotel provides direct access to a long walking path right in front of the ocean. This is perfect for morning and evening walks, and you might even see whales. many restaurants and cafes are within easy walking distance too.

the staff members are very friendly and willing to make your day more amazing! there was a warm welcome with a drink and a hot towel upon arrival, a nice touch. i received prompt and courteous assistance with every request.

a roaring fireplace creates a warm ambiance and there are hot water bottles to warm the bed! the bar has a great selection of beverages and a very cute atmosphere. i loved the stylish decor throughout the hotel!!!

The rooms are airy and spacious. they include a huge bathroom, really nice. abundant fresh flower arrangements are present in the communal rooms. i had a gorgeous sitting area inside the room. It really added to the experience.

The staff were super friendly. i felt so welcome! the breakfast was amazing, it had a great selection. I especially liked the freshly baked pastries! my room had fine views. it was furnished to a high standard. i really appreciated the attention to detail!

I noticed a slight delay in getting extra towels one evening. Though they arrived promptly after a quick follow-up.

Check-in was efficient. My room had recent painting. The amenities were of a high standard. I appreciated walking along the coastline into the nearby areas with shops and restaurants. The location allowed for easy access to local attractions.

cute staff awesome location

the welcome staff, from the parking attendant to the receptionists, was very cute. the duty manager was really good and food was amazing too. the hotel had an awesome location and was on point, i enjoyed it a lot.

the shower in the room was poor. only very hot water came out and almost nothing at all came out.
