The location is convenient for exploring. the staff was accommodating and very helpful. They quickly arranged dinner reservations for me. the breakfast buffet offered many options. Everything i liked was unlimited. the sea view from my room was fine.
the wifi signal was inconsistent at times.

i found the family room with two floors especially beautiful. the upstairs room had a balcony. the restaurant's pork belly was delicious. the staff were friendly and helpful.

the reception staff were helpful and friendly. breakfast was perfect and it was a joy having non pork options. the location proved excellent, close to amenities and attractions.
i noticed the family room felt quite dark with poor lighting, impacting the overall comfort.

missing lift old room
I was really disappointed that the hotel didn't quite live up to my expectations. the lack of lifts from the basement parking was inconvenient, and i had to carry my luggage up the stairs. also, the room i got had two single beds pushed together. One was noticeably higher than the other, that was uncomfortable. 'the room felt old'

wonderful experience at prime location
prime location friendly staff fresh foods amazing view
the hotel location worked perfect for my planned explorations. i walked along the promenade with such easy access. the staff was friendly and helpful, they quickly addressed my requests. breakfast had a good variety of fresh foods that i enjoyed. the ocean view was amazing from my windows.
the pool size was a bit small. it would be better if it was bigger.
