a stay close to my heart

caring staffcomfortable stayparking entrance

the staff showed much love. the lady at reception that night gave so much care, her supervisor too, i will come back. breakfast was very satisfying. my family had a very comfortable stay, they provided excellent care.

the location is back main street, there is no parking for drop-off. hotel parking entrance directions and markings are confusing. this is especially true for visitors unknown to the area. i found it inconvenient.

the rooms were nice sized. they were nice and neat. the bedding was changed every day, which i appreciated. the standard king room offers ample space.

the breakfast buffet was a real highlight! i really enjoyed the variety of options available. the staff were also super friendly and helpful, especially veronica and the team at reception.

noise from cars was noticeable since my room had a balcony. it wasn't too bad though with the door closed.

staffs were friendly. i also appreciated the cleanliness of my rooms, and i found the beds comfy. breakfast was nice with veggies and fruits offered.

Air conditioning in my room was very loud and difficult to adjust. the pool area had only a few loungers. It felt small given the hotels size. i had to wait for a free spot.
