the breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruit (i really liked the variety).
I was a bit disappointed that there was no tea kettle in the room. I had to get one from the bar. it was inconvenient, and i expected that amenity to be standard.

easy exploring amazing food convenient parking
i liked the proximity to the waterfront, it made exploring very easy. breakfast offered many choices, the food was amazing!!! the valet parking was very convenient.

The breakfast buffet was extensive with a good variety of options. the staff members were attentive and always ready to assist. This created a cute atmosphere.

Decent Stay at Waterfront Location
convenient location good breakfast valet parking expensive laundry unconcerned staff slow service
I found the location near the waterfront quite convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety, I enjoyed the egg dishes, and the chefs added some humor. The valet parking was helpful, I didn't worry about finding parking spots.
The laundry service seemed expensive, it was $127 for 11 items. I mentioned it to the staff, but they didn't seem concerned. Clearing tables was slow, I noticed some delays.

Acceptable Stay, but Room Issue
The hotel is close to the V and A waterfront.
The laundry service was quite expensive. We ended up with another guest's laundry. Staff did not seem concerned when I raised this issue.
