Dining Experiences
The Conservatory restaurant offers an eclectic menu served in a garden setting. The Conservatory Bar, located off the reception area, provides single-origin coffees, signature cocktails, and wines from the Constantia Valley. High Tea features savory and sweet treats, including finger sandwiches and baked scones. The weekly Sunday Roast at The Conservatory includes roast beef, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding, and rich jus. Menus include freshly pressed juice, fresh homemade baked ciabatta and farm butter, free range roast chicken, artisanal house salads in a jar with vinaigrette, and carrot cake with cream cheese icing.
Leisure and Wellness
Guests have access to the Fresh Wellness Spa. The signature massage uses Avo-Shea body butter, volcanic stones, and tropical bamboo sticks.
