indifferent staff loose taps
The staff seemed a bit indifferent. Not rude, but not exactly cute either. the phone in my room was dead on arrival. i ended up using my mobile to contact reception (annoying, right?). also, the taps were loose. it's a shame, as i expected a bit more attention to detail.

fantastic central stay!
daily water welcome wine varied breakfast
the room was very clean, and i found bottled water provided daily which i definitely appreciated. i even got a welcome bottle of wine (such a nice surprise!). breakfast was great (especially the omelets!). i thought the dinner buffet had good value.
the service at riempies and le bar & lounge was a little slow. i even had to get ice myself once.

I enjoyed the breakfast, it had many options. the lifts had fine views, i especially liked the table mountain view. my room was a good size and always clean. the front desk staff were polite. They helped me book cabs.
The gym had some equipment in disrepair, i saw that two of the bicycles had rusted seats and were not adjustable. I found that disappointing for a hotel of this standard
