the rooms are clean with all amenities. room service and the hotel cafe was excellent. plenty of bottled water was in the room and there was a free minibar. great wifi and grounds are lush with trees keeps daytime temps cooler.

the heavy reliance on buggys caused a problem. the response times to queries could be improved. i was forced to pay upfront one day prior to arrival at the hotel despite opting for payment on arrival.

i stayed five nights. the resort has lush greenery that immediately gives a sense of calm. my room was a poolside chalet, it was spacious and well maintained. i appreciated the quick buggy service (some walks can be long, after all!). breakfast was great (especially the dosas!).

the signage could be improved. it was occasionally difficult to navigate the large hotel without a map.

The breakfast tasted like sadness in a bowl, and the vegetarian options seemed like an afterthought. i mean, seriously, is a potato the only vegetable you know? also, getting a buggy was like winning the lottery. I waited longer than it takes to grow a beard. once i actually got one, i practically needed gps to find my way back to my room.
