the shopfloor workers took great care of me. all were very dedicated irrespective of grades. it is very close to hospitals, i reached there in five minutes for medical check-ups.

the phone did not work until i had chased them many times. i could hear very noisy and loud music late at night, after 11pm. it was not pleasant with kids.

i appreciated the complimentary breakfast. it highlight was the variety, it ensured there was something for everyone. the service from the bell man and housekeeping staff was prompt, they made the mornings start smoothly. really good customer service is also observed. the commitment to making guests feel comfortable definitely shines through.

the room included old switches. an extra pillow and blanket were requested but never arrived, quite inconvenient. an extra bed was requested to accommodate our party of three, it was not ready upon arrival, causing additional delays.

the room was quite spacious and noticeably clean. a comfy bed contributed to restful nights. the bathroom had nice amenities and also was near, therefore easy to access from anywhere in the room.

the front office staff was sweet and smiling, which definitely made a positive impression. staff ensured the stay was very pleasant, they were always ready to help. the concierge service was friendly and helpful too.

i found the housekeeping staff to be fantastic. they were attentive and quick to address any requests i had. the food choices available for in-room service were reasonably priced and of excellent quality.
