spacious room desk space diverse food helpful staff
The hotel provides spacious rooms that include separate areas for living and desks. I found the food offering to be diverse, notably at the Madras Pavilion Restaurant. i noticed helpful staff particularly Hina, Prabhu, and Dev. The hotel offers grandness and hospitality from everyone.
My experience had very slight access challenges because rooms locate far from THE elevator.

i celebrated my anniversary here and they upgraded me to a spacious tower room. the room had quality linens and comfy pillows. i enjoyed the bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub. i found complimentary toiletries provided daily.
the elevators seemed slow during peak hours.

seamless service calm atmosphere immaculate room efficient staff
I found the hotel to be a standout destination. The rooms were immaculately maintained. Staff handled my requests with grace. The hotel exuded grandeur, i enjoyed the calm atmosphere.
My upgrade request was not honored, though rooms was to be available online.

The breakfast included good variety, however, i waited long for a coffee. Madras Pavilion had an elegant ambiance. Service from the butlers was great.
