a nice experience
excellent cocktails proactive staff helpful team
i found excellent cocktails at the club lounge along with tasty snacks and food. the staff proved very attentive and proactive. jenessen in the lounge was particularly helpful. venkat and shiva from the porter team were amazing. i really liked their eagerness to help.
the gym, while offering a solid range of older technogym equipment, felt a little outdated.

the hotel has a beautiful lush green garden. the pool seemed well-kept and clean. i also saw helpful staff at the entrance, assisting with taxis and ride services. it created a calm retreat.

jamavar offered delicious food with quick and very good service. i also observed a live music show with a kathak kali dance. the lounge provided excellent cocktails. the food was AMAZING!!!

I really appreciated the quick resolution to a minor room issue. Staff promptly moved me to a Conservatory Room Balcony overlooking the Garden. The outdoor spaces are so peaceful. I enjoyed the convenient access to local attractions and dining, it made exploration easy.

The room included a plush king size bed and premium bedding. I found adequate soundproofing. Climate control worked efficiently. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and high end toiletries.

The fitness center features modern equipment with treadmills and elliptical machines. I saw that the outdoor pool has ample seating with comfortable loungers. Free Wi Fi is available throughout the hotel and it worked well. A business center provides printing and scanning services.

long wait time poor check-in
The gym was well-equipped, having clean equipment for both cardio and strength training.
My check-in was not good. I waited in the lobby without attention for 45 minutes (it was like an eternity). dinner at Citrus was disappointing. I had to wait nearly an hour for bread after multiple reminders.

The Conservatory Room Balcony overlooking the Garden was beautiful. The views of the grounds were lovely. I liked the prompt guest services, they responded quickly to my requests. The hotel has a calm vibe and the live music was awesome!
There were some power cuts at night.
