broken air conditioning unreliable shuttle

I had some issues . the air conditioning in the gym was not working (it was quite stuffy). also, the promised shuttle service to nearby attractions was often delayed or unavailable. I found it unreliable, forcing me to use more expensive taxi services (this was really annoying).
