i have been completely charmed by the staff here. the receptionists were kind and professional. they always greeted me with a smile.. i also appreciated the efficient service provided by the housekeeping team. the front house manager, gokul, was particularly helpful and attentive to my needs.
during my stay, i observed that the bathroom floor towel provided was not adequate. it did not sufficiently cover the wet area. this resulted in the floor getting wet in all directions, causing a slight inconvenience.

The convention hall is newly renovated and excellent. the premises hosted my daughter's wedding. It was very spacious. the hotel arranged seating and a stage with a dance floor as per our requirements.

the morning breakfast selection offered much variety and excellent service. the banquet manager, malathi, along with f&b manager anand and chef nagaraj were all very hospitable. the dishes were tasty and amazing.

the location is key, close to local amenities. the hotel is situated in one of the few areas with wide sidewalks for walking. it's near shops for clothing, souvenirs, and supermarkets.

the hotel itself is wonderful, i arrived and was greeted with respect. the check-in process was smooth, and the team made sure i was happy. the reception area, had a large flower pot filled with blooms, it made a striking first impression.
the buffet staff asked for my room number multiple times each day. several staff were chasing us to ask for the room number. i reported noise, but nothing was done to ask the next door people to reduce it.

the bazaar restaurant hosted a buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. it offered a great selection of multi-cuisine and regional dishes, and everything tasted delicious. i also advise not counting calories, as a wide range of tempting desserts awaited!

house keeping provided a good service , and the staff was very attentive. i could ask for information anytime, and sebin was very helpful! ashish at the front desk was very nice and helpful, and he made all the bookings.

the hotel had nine floors of rooms to meet the preferences of every guest! the rooms included every amenity anyone could need. the housekeeping team was meticulous, especially with cleaning the bathroom, and vacuuming.
