I found true five-star service . The staff at the reception was so kind. The room was very clean and had great amenities. I really enjoyed the pool area too. The breakfast included many options and good quality.
The gym could use a bit of an update with some new equipment. A slight musty smell looked in the hallways.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of local and international cuisine. The presentation was lovely and appealing. I enjoyed the live cooking stations and fresh juices very much.

My room had a comfortable king-sized bed and nice city views. The bathroom included a separate bathtub plus shower. A work desk and free high-speed Wi-Fi.

The staff was always so helpful and very quick to respond to requests. Check-in was efficient, and a concierge assisted with local recommendations. I will return to this hotel, for sure.

the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i found the pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section, really nice. the food was AMAZING!!! the taste of some authentic dishes were quite amazing. chef ravi saravanan took my suggestion and was so friendly!!!
The bedside tray was broken. This needs to be addressed.

i enjoyed a tasty breakfast. the staff at the restaurants were very attentive. i found the variety of dishes satisfactory and quite diverse. the service was prompt and very helpful. the hotel ensured i had all i needed for a pleasant start to my days.
the hotel gym was a bit crowded during peak hours, making it slightly difficult to access certain equipment.
