The room was a beautiful standard room and it was very well-kept. Everything felt fresh and clean. i found the location convenient. It made exploring so easy. the staff were always available. Their assistance was a lovely touch to my visit.
I noticed the soundproofing was not perfect and street noise was noticeable at times. This did impact the tranquility somewhat.

The breakfast was GREAT!!! There was a wide selection of choices and everything tasted fresh. The service was great too. The team was pleasant and attentive to every detail.
My room had two single beds instead of the double bed I booked. The shower also was not inviting. It was really dirty. So, I could not enjoy a good shower before bed.

the hotel is centrally located near many shops and restaurants. i found the staff to be helpful. the king room featured usb plugs and a powerful hairdryer. a convenience store is very near. the location was close to the harbor. this made trips convenient. the staff were attentive and ensured i had everything i needed. dining was delicious. the bed and pillows were so comfortable. i slept well. the staff were helpful. i found attractions within a short walk. the room was spacious and clean. i appreciated the decor. the staff were friendly. the hotel is in the city center near many attractions.
i read street noise might be a problem. this was not the case . however, the bathtub had an high sill. it was virtually impossible to use.

the check-in process was chaotic due to a very busy lobby. it was hard to move around. additionally, the noise from the streets was noticeable, especially on the weekend, it disrupted my sleep.
