efficient communication quick check-in long wait unreturned calls

the location was well situated for my travel needs. the communication with the hotel was efficient. check-in and check-out were quick.

upon arrival, i had to wait 45 minutes before receiving the keys to my room. i requested to speak with the manager regarding my issue, but my calls were never returned.
