professional staff variety of options lagoon view

i stayed for several nights. the check-in staff were very professional. team members were helpful and courteous. the breakfast had a good variety of options. "tea masala" was amazing!!! i woke up to the lagoon and pool view. comfy beds were provided. clean and tidy rooms were available. security was great, i felt safe all the time.

the bathroom had some stains.

I was upgraded to a premium room. The room was clean, and all amenities were available. The pool and gym facilities are great. The staff were very kind and helpful. They moved me without hesitation.

The bathroom design needs some updating.

My premium room lagoon view provided amazing scenes. The gym features three treadmills. It also has two stationary bikes. I found the breakfast really good with a fantastic array of options and fresh choices.

The WiFi signal was somewhat slow, it impacted streaming and larger downloads.

underwhelming experience at a pricey hotel

shower drainage broken fixtures

The breakfast had a decent variety. I can say that much.

I was pretty frustrated that the shower didn't drain properly and the taps on the bath were practically falling off the wall. Maintenance definitely needs an overhaul. it was like a constant battle with broken fixtures, not what i expect for what they charge. i even think they should check if the tap water is really drinkable.

unironed bedsheets old towels

The breakfast buffet had many varieties of food and catered to different tastes.

I was not happy when I discovered the bedsheets were not ironed. The towels seemed old and worn. The bathroom looked like it needed maintenance, giving me the sense things had not been updated in a while.
