Excellent stay AT this hotel!

quick service kind staff refreshing bar

The room service was quick, and the staff displayed kindness and politeness. The poolside bar IS refreshing, Jibril ensured my drinks and favorite snacks were served promptly. IT was a fantastic experience all around.

The parking space posed a challenge. Even on normal working days, finding a spot in the afternoon was difficult. I had to wait. NO one seemed to care about the inconvenience.

THE bukka restaurant offers excellent quality meals and services. The staff shows dynamism and dedication. I particularly enjoyed the food and the salad section offered a wide range of options.

helpful staff excellent location parking space real issue

the location is excellent. staff members at the front desk are helpful. i especially liked nora and jemima. they were full of smiles and willing to assist me (i am grateful for their kindness).

the parking space is a real issue, even on normal working days. it is frustrating when you have to wait for a parking spot.

The hotel offers a big pool area. It includes a bar and a separate pizza bar. Live music is available at weekends outside (it is good but not too loud).

Parking can be difficult even on normal working days. No one seems to care if you find a space or how long it takes.

David Eboh was attentive by the pool throughout the day. He was always at hand and polite. Stella provided great guest service at the executive lounge. She was attentive to every need and added pleasant energy.

Parking can be difficult during peak hours, especially in the afternoon. Finding a parking spot might take extra time.

diverse selection efficient laundry helpful staff

i found the staff at the buka restaurant very helpful. they were always smiling and ready to assist with my orders. the buka also featured a diverse selection of meals from various cultures (i especially liked the local dishes). the laundry service proved very efficient (it really saved me). they picked up my clothes in the morning and returned them clean by evening.

finding parking was sometimes difficult even on normal weekdays.

a Decent Stay

friendly staff warm smile dirty carpets stained walls

I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. Stella david in guest experience. she welcomed us with a warm smile and showed us to our table, we had everything we needed with her constant checks.

starting from the check-in, the lady that checked me in didn't charge my access card to the correct floor. the carpets in the room were very dirty even after cleaning, and the walls were stained. i had to call housekeeping to clean the walls.
