beautiful ground children's area restaurant option difficult shower missing light no help

i adored the hotel grounds they offer such a beautiful space. the play area for children felt especially tender. there are many restaurants available and i just loved the variety, i did.

the shower was difficult to use i struggled to adjust the temperature. the light in my room was off one morning and i asked for help. no one came and i wanted to shower before leaving.
