The rooftop had a nice patio. I enjoyed the GREAT views of the city from there. My studio had everything I needed for a longer visit. There was a fridge and microwave.

Breakfast was promoted as free, but it was not free. I was told it was only one person free per room. The attendant was not very nice during this situation. The check-in time was not followed. I arrived before 1 pm but could not check in until 2:30 pm.

i found modern facilities, and i appreciated the kind staff. the hotel provided a sense of security, which i valued. the rooftop offered a lovely patio to unwind with beautiful city views.

I noticed no hot water in the room. I waited until 2:30 pm. the food was just ok.

Really good Hospitality and Perfect Service

The room was cozy, clean, and neat, and I especially appreciated the microwave. The staff members were friendly and warm and always ready to assist. I found the rooftop bar by the pool came alive at night. My stay was fantastic despite being just for a night and I will definitely visit again.

delayed check-indirty bedding

The check-in process was delayed. I arrived before 1 PM but could not get into my room until 2:30 PM. I found the pillowcase and duvet cover to be dirty (which annoyed me). I contacted reception twice about this issue, also complaining in person as I left the room, but nothing changed (frustrating). As a result, I had to sleep without the pillow and duvet since it was only for one night. There was also no hot water.

The gym times were REALLY inconvenient. It was only open for limited hours in the morning and evening. I couldn't adjust my workout to those specific times. the soundproofing was BAD. I could hear traffic noise clearly from my room.
