the decor in the rooms seemed great. the setup of the hotel facilities looked very nice. the staff was very hospitable, and i appreciate the great service.

The room had a leak below the sink. this happened whenever i turned on the shower. i called to have it repaired three times . It was never repaired!

i found the breakfast excellent with many choices available. the staff showed kindness. the front desk manager looked approachable and readily ensured customer relations were positive. the hotel design was modern and chic. the pool area had a divine design with a well designed large pool, i extended my stay.
