the toilet seat was unstable one side detached completely that was a real problem the room was quite small and the view was not good at all it was disappointing to learn breakfast wasn't included despite what i saw online no alternative was offered that frustrated me

The breakfast was really good. I especially enjoyed the buffet (they had SO many options). My room was cleaned every day at the hotel. The staff were always ready to assist with a smile.

I experienced some issues with water pressure in my room. It was sometimes very low (a bit annoying). My kettle in the room did not work. I found that there weren't enough towels, I had to request for it.

I always love staying here! the staff are so patient and professional. I really appreciate that. i loved the food. So much variety to choose from. the rooms were super neat too, i slept like a baby! the customer service was really good, every experience felt special.

the rooms felt a little dated, though very very comfy and tidy otherwise.
