a really good experience!

friendly staff food option very nice lady

The staff are amazing and so friendly! there is so much food and drink to choose from, i ate way too much! the lady, eugenia, who checked me in was just very nice. I actually wanted to cancel, but she suggested i reduce the number of days instead. i'm so glad i listened to her, she was totally right.

i love this spot! though the non cooling fridges in the rooms are a slight let down. it really takes away from the overall experience and is disappointing.

The hotel has a great beach location. I enjoyed my morning runs by the beach. The staff are helpful and quick to assist. The food was superb. I found the culinary offerings excellent.

a nice hotel stay

extensive selection high quality complete workout really good customer service

I found the breakfast selection to be extensive and of high quality. The gym had ample equipment for a complete workout, including treadmills and weight machines. The lagoon Bar became a favorite spot. Cliffor teye delivered really good customer service there. The hotel grounds were well maintained and very tropical. It was such a PLEASURE to walk around.

I found that the wifi signal experienced occasional drops, but it was quickly resolved.

My room included a separate seating area and a work desk. The bathroom had two separate sinks. A rainfall shower. All fixtures worked perfectly. The air conditioning was effective and quiet.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

perfect air conditioning cold fridge many channels

The room's air conditioning worked perfectly. The fridge kept my drinks cold. The TV offered many channels for entertainment. I noticed housekeeping cleaned the room very well daily!!!

The entrance door was spring-loaded. It created a banging noise all day. It needs fixing!
