the room was spacious and traditional with modern touches. breakfast included quality local produce and was delicious. every member of staff i encountered was accommodating! i felt at home there.

the hotel is very quiet, almost like a ghost town, and dinner options were not available on site.

the hotel has a beautiful decor. the rooms are nice and a good size. the bedding is divine. cleanliness gets a 10 out of 10!!!

the parking area is a bit tight, situated at the side of the building.

My "Superior Suite" was lovely. I found everything I needed there. The breakfast was really good.. the service too. The spa on site was a great bonus. As a hotel guest I enjoyed the hot tubs, steam rooms, heat room and massage chairs.

Unfortunately, I found some issues that overshadowed the positives. My room wasn't serviced on the second day. I had to ask if they could replace the cups and make the bed. The staff did this but didn't bother to replace the wet shower mats in the bathroom or empty the bins. The hot tubs were tepid.
