The staff were very helpful when my child became sick. They even called a doctor for us. the location is really convenient, and the rooftop pool is very nice. i found the rooftop pool to be pretty chill.

the internet was often unreliable, and that was quite annoying.

The hotel is near many services. It is approximately 200m to 7/11 and the night market is just a short walk away. across the street, there are massage options available. walking street is only 15 minutes away.

the rooms were quite very comfy and tidy, which i appreciated very much. the rooms also had working air conditioning ensuring a pleasant environment, even during the hotter days. i found all the amenities to be in good working order.

The complimentary breakfast was good. The variety of options suited my taste, and the quality was consistently high. the breakfast service was efficient, ensuring a smooth start to each day. the food was AMAZING!!!

the rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape, and its cleanliness was definitely well kept. the hotel offers a gym, though i did not use it , i did note its availability. the hotel is kept in very good condition.

the staff was friendly enough and the location was decent, close to restaurants.

The room reeked of stale smoke. I suspect they just sprayed some cheap air freshener. the smell lingered the entire stay.
