super service and clean rooms

quick responses delicious curry lively atmosphere

i received an email the day i arrived it told me our room got upgraded. i asked about one bed or two. ms. saowanee bobthong replied two were needed. the extra bed was arranged, and everything was ready when we arrived. airline crews stayed here and their morning routines. breakfast included a green curry that tasted delicious. a tofu version existed for vegans.

i think the hotel swimming pool is small and dated.

clean room smooth check-in polite staff

I found the room clean. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient. The staff were responsive and polite. Room service operated at all hours and was convenient.

I experienced noise from the market starting early in the morning. The noise was noticeable even on a high floor, a bit disruptive.

rooftop bar fine views halal options outdated decor hotel lobby shuttle bus

the rooftop bar offered fine views. the cocktails were fantastic and the service by the staff was exemplary. the breakfast had halal options and they were clearly labeled. the staff at reception were also very helpful.

the hotel lobby decor looked outdated. the hotel also seemed farther from old town than advertised. i believe a map with clear directions would be helpful. also shuttle buses to the center of old town would be beneficial.
