underwhelming stay, some issues need attention
low water pressure indifferent receptionist
the shower was a problem. i discovered very low water pressure, it barely worked. i reported it, someone came but did not fix it. the receptionists attitude at checkout seemed indifferent to my complaint. its hard to enjoy a stay when basic amenities dont work.

amazing gym early check-in
The gym had many options for workouts. I was impressed. it accommodated early check-in and i really appreciated this service, it.

temperature problems uninspired breakfast
The location was adequate for exploring the city's attractions.
The shower had temperature regulation problems. the breakfast options were uninspired and repetitive. I saw mainly beige and yellow foods. It could use a serious refresh.

friendly staff gym amenities
I found the staff to be very friendly. Ms. Au was especially attentive. She offered a great smile whenever I walked in or out. The gym was a big plus. I really loved its amenities!!!
