clean room spacious room excellent service perfect location

the room was clean and spacious. i appreciated the excellent service from mookmik and koong in the restaurant. they were proactive and provided super fast service. the hotel is in a perfect location with an awesome view.

the absence of hand railings in the bath or shower in the bathroom made it slightly hazardous.

charmed by my serene stay

helpful staff lovely decoration attentive staff enjoyable morning

the staff were always ready to help. the hotel prepared a lovely bed decoration and a slice of cake when we celebrated our son's birthday. one of them even came to our room to sing him a birthday song! the breakfast team, koong, saifah, and kluay, stood out, they made each morning enjoyable.

one minor issue i noticed was some of the outdoor areas showed a bit of wear, probably from being right by the ocean, still, this didn't really take away from my experience.

The room had nice amenities and the view of the ocean was beautiful, i could relax just by looking out the window. The room also had a very spacious layout, which helped.

The hotel has a superb location, it is near enough to some popular attractions, yet offers a peaceful retreat, also the hotel is perched on a hillside, so the views are fine. I really enjoyed this aspect.

the room was very clean and smelled fresh. the resort was very quiet providing a relaxing atmosphere. all the staff were friendly and helpful with smiles on their faces, i was grateful.
