average stay, some issues
poor air conditioning limited breakfast options
the air conditioning barely worked. even on the lowest setting, the room remained uncomfortably warm. i also found the breakfast quite disappointing. the options were limited and not very appealing. no beach towels were provided by the hotel.

central location comfortable facilities
the location was central to jungceylon shopping center. rooms had comfortable facilities and i probably slept on the best bed i ever had in thailand.
the breakfast buffet could be better.

central location friendly staff poor understanding street noise
The location is CENTRAL. It's close to everything! The staff were friendly and provided good service at the reception. The breakfast was good.
The front desk response lacked understanding. The noise from the street was INACCEPTABLE, particularly with activity until 5 AM. The windows offered little protection from the noise. New seals or windows would improve the situation.

quick check-in friendly staff perfect location
check in was super quick, even though i got there a bit early, i was so excited. the staff was very friendly, it was amazing. the location is perfect, near the nightlife, the beach, all the shops and food (what else could you want?).
the socket by the bed didn't work, i had to use the lamp socket which was a bit far.

a decent stay with some drawbacks
convenient location helpful staff faulty air conditioning old furniture
The hotel's location is very convenient. It's close to the main attractions and the beach. i found the staff to be helpful and polite . the room included a good balcony. the hotel is clean.
The air conditioning in my room did not work very well. Even on the lowest setting, it barely cooled the room. also, the furniture was old and worn. the shower had inconsistent water temperature. sometimes i experienced an unpleasant smell on the balcony.

high noise levels bad soundproofing
the location was certainly close to many things. it was easy enough to walk to the beach.
The noise levels at night were pretty bad. It went on until early morning, coming from the nearby bars. my room faced the street, and the soundproofing was not good. the windows did little to block out the noise, so i struggled to sleep well.
