i found a couple of issues . the room was quite noisy i could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms it was hard to relax. also, the breakfast selection felt limited, and some items were frequently out of stock i often had to wait a while for things like glasses or certain dishes to be refilled.

the staff at the rooftop bar and pool were great , especially eaint and aung , they made sure i had everything i needed. vivi and win cho also stood out for their really good service. i found the massage at the hotel wellness to be the best i had in phuket , a true highlight of my stay.

i booked a room with a mountain view , but i ended up with a less desirable view of the water tanks behind the building.

all the staff members were friendly and helpful from the bellboys to the receptionists and breakfast staff. the team ensured a positive experience for all guests , a true testament to their commitment.
