noisy room limited breakfast

i found a couple of issues . the room was quite noisy i could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms it was hard to relax. also, the breakfast selection felt limited, and some items were frequently out of stock i often had to wait a while for things like glasses or certain dishes to be refilled.

the location was acceptable and convenient. it was close to many attractions.

i found the room rather small. there was very little space to move around. this was disappointing.

attentive staff really good service highlight stay

the staff at the rooftop bar and pool were great , especially eaint and aung , they made sure i had everything i needed. vivi and win cho also stood out for their really good service. i found the massage at the hotel wellness to be the best i had in phuket , a true highlight of my stay.

i booked a room with a mountain view , but i ended up with a less desirable view of the water tanks behind the building.

the hotel is a short walk from the main shops and restaurants , so it is conveniently located without being in the busiest area. the beach is accessible via a pleasant walk through the shops.

my room on the 3rd floor was perfect with a comfortable bed , i enjoyed the cleanliness and modern design of the room. the rooms provide a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring.

all the staff members were friendly and helpful from the bellboys to the receptionists and breakfast staff. the team ensured a positive experience for all guests , a true testament to their commitment.
