I Liked the large pool. It included connected sections. The vista restaurant offered a good breakfast with MANY options. I found the staff helpful when i needed assistance. I appreciated the location inside laguna phuket, near boat avenue.

Staff members offered efficient service and great ENTHUSIASM. Specific staff like Jaae, Fon, Ice, Boss, and Ploy contributed positively. The counter staff was informative and friendly. They provided excellent service.

the room had great a/c. i suppose that's something.
Housekeeping only came every two days. It was far below what i expect. the breakfast was a complete joke. the food quality was poor, and staff seemed embarrassed. I can't blame them though.
