saggy mattress unrestricted smoking
The hotel's location offered easy access to the beach, this worked well for me.
The air conditioning in my room was difficult to regulate it was either too cold or off completely. I found the mattress to be saggy, and the furniture felt old and worn. smoking was permitted near the pool, something i really dislike.

great place for relaxation
spacious room huge bed really good view
the room was spacious i admired the huge bed the housekeeper maintained great cleanliness the views from the balcony towards the pool and beach were really good. sitting on the balcony was good very relaxing the bathroom offered a superb shower and adequate shelving. breakfast was excellent it offered a great choice.

helpful staff beachfront view uncomfortable bed european style
the staff was helpful, i appreciate that. the hotel had a beachfront, a PLUS. swimming pools were nice to look at.
the bed had a topper. this made it very uncomfortable. it is a european style hotel, so do not expect the usual thai laid back style.

fresh fruit pool water beach location old furniture air conditioning damp walls
The breakfast offered many delicious options. I especially loved the fresh fruit selection, so ripe. The hotel's location right on the beach was so convenient! It made beach trips easy. The pools were large. The warm water was just what I needed after a day of exploring.
Our room felt quite dark, I think because of the old furniture. The air conditioning wasn't easy to adjust. It was either too cold or off! The walls in our room felt damp to the touch. I believe the humidity contributed to this issue, not pleasant.

Excellent Beachfront Stay
beach location lush gardens heated pool
The hotel is located right on the beach , so access was very easy. I liked that the grounds feature lush gardens with many trees and butterflies , very well maintained. There are two pools, a family pool and a heated pool with a swim-up bar.
The furniture in the room was a bit old.

There are two on-site restaurants , one with buffet breakfast and à la carte meals. The other is a seafood restaurant. A wide selection of Thai and western dishes was available.

Comfortable Stay with Great Beach Access
easy access big pools money exchange
The hotel provides easy access to the beach a great bonus. The big pools were kept clean. I found a 'Seven-eleven' and money exchange just in front of the entrance and it was very convenient. I enjoyed that the rooms were kept very clean.
I found the reception staff not as helpful as I expected it to be. I had hoped for more assistance with local information and recommendations. Next time, I hope they can improve on their customer service.

The breakfast offered a large variety of options. The hotel food around the pool tasted very good. The beachfront restaurant served tasty dishes as well.

The hotel is positioned right in the town. This made it easy to walk to restaurants and shops. A 7/11 across the road provided daily conveniences too.
