gorgeous pool beautiful room friendly staff great facilities

This resort is AMAZING and I want to return! The pool IS gorgeous. The room and the restaurants are very beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities provided throughout my stay exceeded my expectations.

I found the hotel service to be a bit slow. There's definitely room for improvement there. I hope they can address these issues for a smoother stay.

the tropical location had modern rooms. our one-bedroom suite offered an outdoor bathtub. the bed was very spacious and comfortable..

the air conditioning was very strong even on the lowest setting. without air conditioning, it would have been too warm.

the hotel features a long swimming pool at 61 meters. the kids club had really dedicated staff, nice. a complimentary cycle was available, which i used to see the area. the rooms were very clean, and i had a private plunge pool to cool off.

I found that the breakfast options were fine, but the a la carte menu was slightly underwhelming, especially regarding the flavor of the dishes like the frittata. It tasted bland.
